How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. During national holidays or peak periods, delivery may take 6–7 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Who pays the courier charges for an exchange?
For size exchanges or a change of mind, courier charges are paid by the customer. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, Athletic Gear will cover the courier charges.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
